Our Intention
The Intention of the Healthy Lumpkin Community Partnership is to fulfill the following mission:
- Strengthen and expand the Partners' coordination of service
- Identify and track regional health needs
- Provide Partners' service expertise to meet regional health needs
- Build a trusting relationship with the region served by the Partners
