Healthy Lumpkin Community Partnership means:

• Healthy: The condition of sound physical, environmental, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social well-being of a region and its residents, individually and collectively.
  
  
• Lumpkin: A county in the Northeast Georgia region of Appalachia.
  
  
• Community: A group of individuals and groups who are unified in their concern for the dynamic and diverse health needs of the Northeast Georgia region of Appalachia.
  
  
• Partnership: The network of relationships among individuals, families, political entities, service providers, students and educators who collaborate to address the health needs of the region.
